hellos 300 Laptop ran out of charge now won't charge at all

So about a week ago my hellos 300 died now won't charge I've tried the battery reset thing I've checked to make sure the battery is connected properly tried charging from different wall outlets nothing has worked so far.
(No clue on the model number the sticker thing is faded beond being readable but it's from 2017 has an i7 and a 1060 6gb)

@Hekku does the laptop still work without the battery? If yes, you can try a power reset by unplugging the battery and charger, hold the power button for about 30 seconds. If that doesn't work, you will have to replace the new battery.
