Laptop not booting into windows or Bios😨

Hi my laptop isn't booting  properly.
I turned my laptop off when I turned it on again it wouldn't  boot nothing is being displayed.
Done following  things:

Only  the keyboard  lights up in the default  configuration indefinitely  and fans are on full as turbo button light is on.

Held power button for 1min hasn't done anything.

Tried to enter bios, nothing is displayed 

When I plug in charger there is one beep sound. when plugging in and out.

Drained battery and charged  to 100% still nothing happens.

Connected to external  display no output.
However  when I connect my phone to laptop via USB my phone receives charge.

I'm scared as Acer sent this laptop as a gift from sponsored giveaway 3 months. I know its under warranty and software damage voids it. All I did before hand  was install Net 5 runtime and scroll a few chrome tabs before I  switched it off.

Do any of you have any suggestions, I filled  a repair ticket  but if my laptop  Warrenty is void I can't afford  repair and for device to be shipped back which is £49.

@af2003 you will have to send it for the warranty but installing normal software that doesn't control the system won't void the warranty at all.
