Does Acer Nitro 515-52 have overheating issue? Is 90+ temperature safe?

Hi, I have an Acer Nitro 515-52. When I run any kind of game on it, it suddenly starts to heat up. The temperature rises up to 95! I have changed the thermal paste recently to improve this situation, I used Corsair TM30 thermal paste. Also used ThrottleStop for undervolting. Now my voltage offset is at -120. Still no improvement. HWMonitor showed 99 degrees today. Is it okay? What should I do to improve it?

All gaming laptops will run pretty hot as the chips in them cant be cooled "enough" so instead the thing to look at is clock speeds, and boost speeds.

Saying that, 99 is pretty high, was it hitting that pre-repaste? 100c is the cut of for the cpu, so i wouldnt be expecting to see over 96 on an intel really most of the time (with a few boosts to 97/98) but if the processor is pinned at 99 it suggests an issue . Whats the clock speed at?
