When will I get a revert to my concern?

I have purchased an Acer Swift Laptop on 7th November 2021, from BL computers, Bareilly. Within a month of purchase the mother board got spoiled. The service centre had to change the whole thing. 

In the month not January 2022 the software started giving trouble. And now on 11th February 2022. The laptop is not switching on yet again. I do not have the time to visit the service centre every week just to keep this laptop functioning. I have purchased this laptop for Rs 67,000 and it not giving me worth of even Rs 5000. 

I hence demand that this entire laptop be replaced and i be provided another laptop in its place. I refuse to accept a defected product after paying such a high amount of money. 

If the company refuses to do so. I will have no other option left but to approach consumer court for the resolution of this matter. 

PFA an image of the invoice and the receipt of the first repair.

    You do know that this forum is only for Acer users and Acer itself doesn't have an active presence, other than the moderators? You really need to take this type of issue up with Acer, just posting here will get nothing done.
