Hello. I bought an Acer spin 5 (SP513-53N-70KD)

I got the pen that came with it, which is garbage by the way, and within a year the ben would consistently disconnect even with fresh batteries. So I bought a new one, a bamboo ink plus. This too constantly gets disconnected, and the battery is completely fresh. There is some problem in the computer, how do I fix this?

Which of the Bamboo Ink pens did you get? There are different ones for the different protocols...

It shouldn't matter, since neither it or the bundled pen work and have the same problems. and it's a bamboo ink plus

But it does matter... The stock pen is a Waltop Active Stylus using MPP (the Microsoft Pen Protocol). That means that (for instance) a Wacom pen will not work since it uses a different protocol.

No. It does not matter. It does not matter because the bundled pen does not work, and that definitely has the right protocols. and the pen I purchased had the EXACT same problems. Not to mention that the pen I bought also does use the right protocols, I bought it specifically for that reason.
