Helios 300 Checking if device is still within warranty

I purchase a Helios 300 less than 2 years ago, 4 months to go until 2 years to be exact. When I search for the warranty using the S/N online I get the message "No data found or Serial Number is incorrect!", I can't seem to get in contact with support, any way I can confirm it?
