I bought my Acer Swift 3 from Curry's 7th August 2021. Since I have had numerous problems. I sent it into repair in September after the problems increased. At first it was kernal power. The screen went blue every so often, since I needed it for work, I didn't want to take it in because of how long it takes. It was only when my laptop started to completely freeze that I took it in. I got it back a week later and they said it was a corrupt and outdated operating system. Isn't that what updates are for? Not even a month after, I started having the exact same issue. I took it back in December and got it back on the 1st of January same again only this time the microphone was somehow corrupted too. I checked all my drivers and it said all of them were up to date. On the 27th of January, the issues started again. I paid 700 for a GOOD laptop that would last longer than my old one. The money I spent on this laptop, I expected it to be amazing but no. Is this what they are all like or was I sold a faulty laptop?

@StephRT98 contact Acer or the place you bought for warranty or exchange to another one.
