Hi all,

I already installed some missing drivers using the official website, here:
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/ID/content/support-product/7572?b=1&pn=NH.Q3LSG.010&sn=NHQ3LSG010828000CB3400

So the model is Nitro AN515-52
Nitro 5 AN515-52-59U0 i5-8300H/8GB/SSD256GB/GTX1050/15,6FHD/W10H (NH.Q3MEX.020)

Two drivers are still missing.

In Device Manager one is named PCI Simple Communications Controller and the other is Unknown Device (when viewing from View->Devices by Connection the Unknown Device is listed under USB category).

What would they be and where I can download them?

Details for Unknown device, value: USB\VID_8087&PID_0AAA\5&237FFA2&0&14

OK, the Unknown device was Bluetooth driver.

So only one missing: PCI Simple Communications Controller

Those should be handled by the Serial IO driver and the Chipset driver. If you bring up Properties on each, go to the Details tab and scroll down to Hardware IDs entry it should ave the ID to help determine the actual hardware behind that device.

Looks like it's OK now and there are no more problems detected in the Device Manager.
It looks like they were Bluetooth and Turbo Boost from the official link.

I also installed  Serial IO driver and the Chipset before when there were 8 missing drivers.

    Thanks.
