How can i send my pending requirements in acer warranty submission?

I already sent my submission for the warranty of my new aspire 5 laptop. Acer emailed me saying my requirements are incomplete, maybe the reciept or sales invoice is too blurry. how can i actually send my pending requirments to them? I emailed them directly but i don't know if i did it correctly.

    Answer ✓
    They want you to make a better copy of the sales invoice. They can't  read the one you sent. They want the following information.
    (1) Your name
    (2) The store name you it bought from
    (3) The full ACER model number. For example A515-54g
    (4) The machine's serial number id (SNID) which should be on the UPC label in the shipping box.
    (5) The date you  bought the machine

    Email and attach the sales invoice to this to the following address phwarranty@acer.com. If you want to check on then phone them or use their facebook page.
