My Predator PH317-54 CPU fan doesn't sound right

For about a week now, my Predator PH317-54 laptop has started to sound different when running. The CPU fan sounds deeper than normal, and makes a buzzing sound. One of the vents, the one on the left side of my laptop, also seems to have less air coming out of it than normal, as if it's blocked. The second vent coming out of the CPU cooling section is fine. Both the fan and vent don't appear to be blocked, and I can't figure out what's causing the issue. There is no noticeable rise in temperature or cooling issue because of this. Also, there has been no damage or recent modification to my computer. Should I send my laptop in for repair or is this something I can remedy myself?

The CPU/GPU fans are temp controlled and that is why you are getting fan speed variations, this is the PH317-54 “CPU/GPU Fan True Value Table information”, as you can see the CPU temp at 65˚C is 3500 rpm and less than the 65˚C GPU temp at 4000 rpm and so on.

There could also be something wrong with your CPU fan bearing and/or its on the preliminary stage of its bearings going out, keep an eye on it as and if the systems temps are ok then it shouldn’t be of any concern to you unless it gets really bad and this fan ceases to function as that is when things could get critical but not dangerous as this laptop will switch itself off when temps get above 100˚C.
