@nepgamer to get the mic work, you will have to get the Realtek Audio Console working by enabling Realtek HD Audio Universal startup in task manager. After you have done that, restart the laptop and the Audio Console should work. If you are using 3.5mm headset/earphone with mic, choose headset when the Audio Console show a notification when you plug the cable in. The external mic still show as Microphone Array but the earphone mic will be used.

i heard that we need UAD drivers to open Audio Console.

@nepgamer here is the link for getting the drivers: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/8365?b=1. Download both Audio driver and audio console driver and then install them.

aside from what AnhEZ28 is saying, you must Delete the "Realtek Audio" driver in Windows Device Manager

    1. Right-click on Start button > Device Manager > Sound, Video and Game Controllers > Right-click on Realtek Audio > Uninstall Device > Uninstall

( Windows will restart, installing the driver that you've Uninstall. )

    2. Once Windows started ( assuming you enable the Realtek HD Audio Universal on Startup )

Plug in your Headset > (A Prompt will show) > Choose "Headset"

    Hope it helps.
