I was playing a game on the laptop and it got quite hot, then the external monitor went black and the laptop was no longer detecting the HDMI. I restarted to see if that would fix it but upon restarting, the wifi will not turn on and the nvidia graphics card is not detected either. Any help please?

@DontaeG maybe the most of components overheated and disable themselves for protection. Turn the laptop and wait about 30 mins before powering on. Or you can try a power reset by holding the power button for 30 secs when the laptop is off.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

    Hi @Dontaeg,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
