i want to put a SSD into it  can i add a Sata or NVME

    Do note that 3TB is not a hard limit. Windows supports drives much larger than that. You could as easily put an 8TB or 12TB drive in as a 1TB or 3TB (other than the actual cost of the drive).

    The Z3-615 supports 2.5" and 3.5" drives at SATA-3 / 6.0Gb/s which is what the SSD speeds are so YES, at capacities of 500GB / 1TB / 2TB / 3TB. Note; the 3TB capacity drives and above is only supported if the drive is formatted in GUID (GPT) format as in MBR/Legacy the max capacity is 2TB. Also your Z3-615 can take a max capacity of 16GB RAM into its 2x DIMM slots at DDR3-1600MHz or DDR3-1033MHz at 1.5V/1.35V SoDIMMs.

    Will a Samsung 860 EVO MZ-N6E1T0BW 1TB , M.2 2280 fit into  my Z3-615 or a

    Samsung 870 EVO 1TB SSD, Samsung V-NAND, SATA III 6GB/s, R/W(Max) 560MB/s/530MB/s, 2.5". 7mm,

    You don't have an M.2 slot for a SSD, but the 2.5" will work fine.
