How did you use Win7 in legacy mode if your keyboard was not working?

If you want to install Win10 follow these stepts
    (1) Go to this link on another Windows machine and create a bootable Win10 installation USB drive.
    (2) Turn E1-410 off. Then turn it back on and IMMEDIATELY tap F2 key to enter BIOS menu
    (3) In BIOS MAIN tab, make sure F12 and D2D options are enabled.
    (4) In BIOS BOOT tab, enable UEFI mode
    (5) Press F10 to save new setting and exit BIOS menu
    (6) Turn E1`-410 off again.
    (7) Insert bootable Win10 installation USD drive
    (8) Turn laptop on and IMMEDIATELY tap F12 key to boot from Win10 installation USB
    (9) Follow directions install Win10

Disable the fast boot option in BIOS using another basic or PS/2 keyboard. Sometimes switching to a USB 2.0 port or changing the boot order also helps.
