Hello. My 1650ti chip doesn't want to send signal to samsung lc32g55tqwixci 2k 144hz hdmi 2.0 monitor by itself - black screen. Drivers reinstalled, put both old and new. The monitor is working, everything works with other video cards, cable 2.0. If you turn on the monitor while turning on the laptop, the picture will be transmitted at 2k 144Hz. If the laptop is already on and I turn off the monitor, and turn it on - 1650 turn on the signal and there will be just a black screen. At 60Hz it turns on normally. Does the chip not support 2k 144Hz? Notebook acer an515-54-r6l6 hdmi port 2.0. Please watch the video. The situation is hard to explain in words, and I don't know how to solve it. The monitor does not look for a signal, it finds it .... but there is no picture. The monitor works, just if I turn off the monitor with the button, and then turn it on - there will be a black screen) there will always be a black screen if I do not select 60hz) I sent you a video in which you can see everything I'm talking about)

1) While the laptop is booting up and after logging in, the external display does not work. If I press during system boot when Acer appears on the monitor power button, the monitor will be determined, if I do not have time to press the monitor power button, it will not be determined and there will be a black screen, but it finds the hdmi signal.
2) The monitor works fine with other devices via hdmi, it turns itself on and shows a picture with the settings 2560x1440 144hz (even the bios and the download page) - with my 1650ti, the monitor itself turns on only at 60hz.
3) I noticed a problem when I bought a new samsung lc32g55tqwixci monitor, before that it was LC24RG50FZIXCI - it worked at 1920x1080 144hz from 1650ti and turned on without problems, lc32g55tqwixci - it does as in the video that I attached in the first appeal)
4) Installed drivers from Acer official website for my acer an515-54-r6l6 and Nvidia 1650ti, then tried drivers from Nvidia official website, then installed old drivers 49*.** don't remember exact version - nothing helped, monitor turns on anyway itself only at 60hz. Now I have driver 511.23
5) In the monitor menu settings, free sync is disabled, the monitor firmware is the latest version, the bios of the laptop I also have the latest version of Insyde H20 Bios v1.4)

It also helps in this situation to pull out and insert the hdmi cable so that the monitor shows the image) I even reset windows to factory settings + reinstalled all the drivers, and after a while I even updated to windows 11) I thought it might help - but it didn’t help) there were such problems before with radeon video cards, but then some update came for the bios of the video card and everything started working, some radeon were not friends with samsung monitors) and now it’s the same with nvidia) before radeon didn’t show bios and system boot - now radeon shows, but for me the monitor, even after the system boots, refuses to display the image itself and it must be forced to turn on by giving a signal to the video card, for example, pull out and insert the hdmi cable, change hdmi 2.0 to hdmi 1.4 in the monitor, set 60hz. I have a feeling that this is not solvable) maybe it's at the software level, the chip just doesn't want to see 2k 144hz itself) believe me, I tried everything I could)
