Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue..
Try windows x
click on power shell admin or command prompt admin
type rstrui
chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine
click on next, finish, yes
It will restore your computer to an earlier date
if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close
It will show you all the icons..Try and check whether it is working now ..
If it is still not working..
Try windows + x - go to device manager
Go to view
Show hidden devices
Go to network adapter
You might see the realtek wifi adapter - right click on it - click on uninstall
Uninstall the wireless driver from device manager. Don’t restart the computer.
Try windows + r - appwiz.cpl - It will show you the list of programs - Uninstall the realtek wireless driver
Don't restart the computer.
Go to support.acer.com
chose your country
type snid or chose your model
go to drivers
Install the wireless driverTry windows + r - on the run - type ncpa.cpl - It should show you the wireless icon - right click on wifi - click on connect - It should show you the list of wifi - chose the right wifi - type the wifi password - It should connect sucessfully.
It should work fine..

I already tried to restore to a checkpoint at an earlier date, but it didn't work. I also tried to see hidden devices in the device manager but the driver did not appear I will try the rest that you told me, if it does not work I will write another comment, thanks.

If it still not working ...Doing the power drain and bios defaults will really help. Kindly follow the steps given below:
Try these basic steps as you are using a Acer PC.
Turn off the computer.
Unplug all the devices and cables including power cable.
Press and hold the power button for 45 seconds.
Connect all the cables back. Please connect the power cable as the last one.
Turn on the computer
Tap del
Go to bios
press f9 - Load defaults - press yes
press f10 - save the changes - press yes
Computer should load the windows ..Try windows + r - on the run - type ncpa.cpl - It should show you the wireless icon - right click on wifi - click on connect - It should show you the list of wifi - chose the right wifi - type the wifi password - It should connect sucessfully.
It should work fine..

If it is still not working then we have to do a refresh and reset
click on start - settings - update and security - recovery - reset this pc - get started
or
on start - type here to search - type reset this pc - click on reset this pc on the top - click on get started
It will show you keep my files and remove everything
chose keep my files
chose the account - type the password - click on local reinstall - click on reset
It will be in progress..
login to computer and start using the computer.
If it is still not working
click on start - settings - update and security - recovery - reset this pc - get started
chose remove everything
click on local reinstall - just remove my files - click on resetIt will be in progress
Note:
If you do refresh ( keep my files ) - all your personal files like pictures, music , documents , videos will still be intact. Only the applications will be lost
If you do reset ( remove everything ) - you are doing a factory default. It will become like a day one computer. It will wipe out everything and take your computer to day one like a new computer.
You can also do the recovery in an alternative way..
There are two alt keys on the keyboard. If you look at the bottom row of keyboard you can see the one on the left side of space bar and the other on the right side of space bar. The alt key on the right side will be looking like alt, alt gr or alt car. Turn off the computer. Hold the alt key on the left and tap f10 continuously. It will go to repair mode. It will show you chose an option, continue, troubleshoot. If it is not going to repair mode, turn off the computer. Turn on the computer. Hold the right alt key ( alt gr or alt car or alt ) and then tap f10 continuously. It will go to chose an option continue and troubleshoot..
It will show you chose an option, continue, troubleshoot
Go to troubleshoot - click on reset this pc
click on keep my files ( only applications will be lost ) chose your account and type your password - click on local reinstall - click on reset
It will be in progress
If the keep my files option is not working
Go to troubleshoot - click on reset this pc – click on remove everything – click on local reinstall – just remove my files – click on reset
It will reinstall windows.
If the just remove my files is not working..
Go to troubleshoot - click on reset this pc – click on remove everything – click on local reinstall – Fully clean the drive – click on reset
It will reinstall windows.
Note: You can also go to chose an option , continue , troubleshoot by holding the alt key + tapping f10 or alt gr + tapping f10 on the keyboard while turning on the computer. Once you see the troubleshoot option, you can stop tapping the f10 and stop holding the alt key. Then you can try the keep my files and remove everything ( just remove by files and fully clean the drive ) by following the steps which was mentioned above.

Is there any devices with a yellow triangle or red exclamation point in device manager? If it's not showing at all it's suggests the device isn't initialising , could be a dead card 🤔1

What is the Realtek wifi/bt card model number that you have or laptop or desktop model you are talking about? As you need to completely uninstall both wifi and bt drivers completely first and then try and install the last and latest drivers for this wifi/bt card. Do a complete uninstall at Device Manager and reboot > sign in then install new latest drivers for that model or the Acer drivers, then reboot again > sing in and see if wifi and bt activates, if not then continually press the F3 key to reinstate the wifi and bt, all this should work, if not then take the wifi/bt card out and check its pins and slot at motherboard if clean and not corroded, if and after you have inserted this clean card again into its slot and it doesn’t work, then the cads is faulty and needs replacing.

You don't have the builtin Realtek WiFi card, yours is a D-Link USB adapter. You need the D-Link drivers, even if they are using the Realtek chips...

In your first post you included this image:As you can see, the wireless adapter is a D-Link DWA-140 which is a fairly old USB adapter. There is no indication that you have the original WLAN card installed, and from what I remember WLAN was an option included on some models and not on others. If the WLAN card had been installed it should show up in that list, although it is always possible the card is there but has failed. The slot for it is a miniPCIe half height I believe, and the original would have had a single antenna and supported 802.11g at the most. There are much better cards available now, though that form factor has been superseded by newer designs.
