I´ve got a new Acer Aspire TC-1660 PC. The 5.1 surround sound worked on it beautifully /with Windows 10home 64 bit/.
After updating to Windows 11 it works only in STEREO mode. What could be the problem? Thanks.

The drivers for W11 likely haven't been updated to support all features yet. Try reinstalling the Realtek drivers for W10...

    Hi @leslie31,

Turn up the volume as high as possible on your speakers or headphones, and also check that Windows 11 doesn't have the sound muted. Down by the clock, select the sound icon and ensure that the volume level is set to high. ... Double-check that the speakers or headphones are turned on and properly connected to the computer.

It looks like Intel released new W11 drivers for the Realtek audio recently, check to see if they work better now.
