Acer Spin SP111-33 Problems

Hello. I bought this laptop almost 3 years ago in 2019. At first it worked very well and was really great to bring to school everyday. Sometime last year a few screws fell out randomly. I put one back in because it was directly from the bottom of the computer. The other screw was a tiny screw that came from the inside of the actual computer. For a while it seemed to work fine without that extra screw but then it did not. When I opened and closed my laptop there would be a big gap right near the hinge and cracking noises. A while later another screw fell out from the inside and I lost that one. I ended up unscrewing the whole bottom panel trying to fix it. But with that missing screw there was not much I could do. Since then I have just been trying to tape it shut but after a while it becomes loose again and the gap near the hinge appears. It makes my whole screen loose and it is just really annoying. Does any one have any better fixes for this problem.

Another problem I seem to have is that I have an update for windows that will not work. I use an external disk (mirco SD card) to make space for the update then I go through all the steps (clearing space, installing, downloaded) and when my computer restarts to update it says "Please insert external disk then press ok." and when I do I just get an error. The only thing from there I can do is press cancel and it uninstalls the whole update and I have to go through the whole process again. I'm not sure if I can get any help on here for that but thanks in advance!
