how to get rid of the 2- in front of my audio devices nitro 5 an515-57

Hi, I have acer nitro 5 an515-57 and i recently updated my bios to latest version but after that all audio devices are showing 2- in front of there names. Anyone one know how to fix it?

    Thanks! it helped but not fully after doing this i manually reinstalled the same realtek audio driver by going in to driver update then it got fixed

    @AzBoss open Device Manager, choose view, and show hidden devices. After that, navigate to Sounds, video and expand that tab. Find the transparent Realtek Audio symbol and delete that device.
