My spin 3 turned off in the middle of being used and will not turn back on. I've tried the battery reset through the pin hole on the back of the laptop, but there is no response when power button is pressed. (The battery indicator light is on blue, when plugged in.) What can I do to turn it on?

There should be a full model number on the same sticker as the SN and SNID. It should be something like SP3xx-xxx-xxxx. What process did you go through with the battery reset? There are wait times that really should be followed in order to get it to work.

    It's SP314-54N-58Q7.
15 sec of battery reset then 1 min of press and hold power with everything unplugged.
    Thank you for your comment,

OK, those models should be pretty standard 10th gen designs. Try the reset button (with everything disconnected) for 30 seconds, then wait 30 minutes before plugging power back in. Wait for the blue battery status light showing a full battery and turn it back on. The longer press of the reset button and the longer wait after will more likely get everything fully reset so the charge will do it's thing correctly. If the issue is the fairly common one of the battery getting confused about it's capabilities that should get you back to normal.
