Unsuccessful restoring Aspire 3 to Factory reset no matter which method tried; Alt F10, Acer eCare

Can someone please help me with a solution to reset to factory?  Any and all steps would be appreciated.

    Forgot to attach pic:

    it simply says that it is unable to restore, as you can see I have tried several times.  Thank you! ^_^

    Turn laptop on and immediately press F2 to enter the BIOS menu. Make sure the F12 and D2D options are enabled in the BIOS Main tab. Then in the BIOS Security tab, set a supervisor password. Don't foreget it. Then F10 to save settings and exit. Then shut the laptop down again. Turn it back on and immediately press F2 again to enter the BIOS menu with the password. Then disable secure boot in the BOOT tab. F10 to save setting and exit again. Then try the ALT+F10 cold boot reset again.
