Hello acer community.

My Acer Nitro An515 54 laptop has the following problem: After the battery charge reaches 100%, the toolbar icon indicates that it is at 0%. It's like the battery is overcharged. Before the battery lasted what it normally can last (4 hours on average) but now I can't disconnect it because the PC shuts down immediately. I would like to know if it is a problem with the battery or if it is with the charger that continues to charge the battery, when the charge reaches 100%. I appreciate someone can help me.

    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
