Why is the sound on my 2021 Triton 300 PT315-53-7691 so bad? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I just unpacked a newly purchased triton 300 [PT315-53-7691], and watched some Youtube videos after doing the basic setup stuff. I'm pretty surprised that the sound is so bad. For starters, I have to turn the sound up much higher than I did on my old laptop.  Even 40-50% volume sounds too soft. 70% is a finally a decent volume, and I have excellent hearing.

This isn't the only problem, it's the actual sound quality that's pretty ***** bad. The seven year old laptop I'm replacing sounds a LOT better.

On the triton 300, The right speaker sounds reasonably clear, but the left speaker sounds a lot more muffled. It's especially noticeable when hearing speaking voices. Instead of voices sounding sharp and clear, everything sounds muffled out of the left speaker. The louder I turn the volume, the worse it gets. music sounds especially bad.

The sound is comparable to a TV in my living room. Basically, we've always had the speakers for this TV 10x louder than it really needs to be, and over the years, the speakers have worn out, and sound muffled whenever a person speaks or when certain music plays. This Is what my new laptop sounds like.

I don't think a $1750 should sound this bad. I've already played with the Predator-Sense sound settings, and Windows Speaker properties. I cant fix it. What should I do?
