Dear,
I have an Aspire 3 315-53-50BW with Intel UHD Graphics card.
I have recently purchase a 34" screen (resolution 3440 x 1440).
When I connect my laptop to the 34" screen, the laptopscreen isn't entirely mirrored on the 34" inch screen.
How can I get my laptop screen to cover the entire width of the 34" screen.

In the disply settings is the screen set to 1080p or 1440p? You may be able to change it to 1440p which will make it look weird on the laptop display as it will downscale the image to fit, but it should fit the other display

the other option would be to look for some image settings on the OSD of the monitor, something like mapping settings, image stretching or the like. which may strech it to fill the display but this will vary monitor to monitor
