FreeSync with acer PH315-53?

It has Premium Free Sync and 144hz Refresh rate, I was wondering if i could run 144hz on the external monitor using just a hdmi cable or a usbc to hdmi not a dp cable brcasue my laptop has no input for that
I know i need to update my driver, but i just need help picking the perfect monitor that would actually run smoothly no tears whatsoever, I am wanting to buy one becasue in the past experierience my laptop isnt using the dgpu and my laptop didnt have gsync built into it so this is why i am here, to improve my gaming performance. I want to run 60fps no tear or lag or even higher if i push my laptop to its limits.

@Alper247 the HDMI on the laptop support more than 200hz on Full HD so that monitor is compatible. Also the dGPU will be directly export video to external monitor so you will get better performance than the laptop monitor.
