predator helios 300 Motherboard issue.. HELP ME

Hello, Pradeep here,  I brought Acer predator helios 300 i7-10th gen 3060 variant last year in June, from November onward I started to face regular 3.1USB disconnection issues, but due to this pandemic, I can't go-to service center due to working from home so I recently in December went to Acer service center in Vizag and handover the laptop with a case id-4307750i  and finally after checkup they said they'll apply for a motherboard replacement, I said ok and changed the motherboard in 1 week, that's the mistake I did, from then on I started to face CPU thermal issue where CPU is at 100 deg constant in idle while connecting to power, in battery, it's going to 90 in idle and my fans are spinning like a jet engine, and due to that CPU is locking at 2.9ghz, and also the motherboard is not a new one its a refurbished one. I paid around 1.16L for this, but also no satisfaction, frequent fps drops, my friend owns 1650 where he's getting around 110fps+ and I'm getting around 50-60 fps keeping an RTX 3060. so I called Acer again and they registered a case id again - 4320643I but its said its closed, and no Acer technician came to me to check the laptop 
Please help me.

    @gpn127 contact them again for the 2nd time or just get the thermal paste replacement at a computer repair shop
