Getting my Nitro 5 AN515-55-53E5 laptop back to how it was out of the box

I was having a problem on the original Windows 10 from a bad download. I should have factory reset from there, but I forgot that was an option, so I upgraded to Windows 11 to try and fix it. It did not fix it, so I used this thing to reinstall Windows 10, but it wasn't the original Windows 10 I had. This one does not have NitroSense or the other apps it came with and my brightness keys also do not work since it's a new Windows. I have tried resetting the pc multiple times and at like 20-30% it says "problem with resetting pc". Is there another way to just go back to how it came out of the box?

@kkrillin it will be difficult to get the original windows 10 since you tried to reinstall it instead of choosing factory reset. You can still get NitroSense from the Acer support site and other drivers.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

Reset this PC and keep my files
    1. Shutdown the unit. Press and hold alt+F10 key. Then turn ON the unit.
    2. You will get a blue screen. Choose the option troubleshoot.

3 Ways to Reset Acer Laptop to Factory Settings without Password

    3. Select Keep my files to refresh your PC and reinstall your operating system without removing your personal files. Click Next to continue. Important If you have apps installed on your PC, they will be removed.
    4. Resetting the PC will reinstall Windows, change settings back to their factory defaults and remove all preinstalled apps and programs without removing your personal files. Click Reset to continue.
    5. You will be shown the reset progress on the screen. The screen will turn off during the reset process.
    6. The screen will turn back on when it is installing Windows. Your PC will restart several times during the reset process.
    7. Follow the process until it completes.
    8. When your PC has completed the reset process, Windows will have been reset back to its factory default settings without removing your personal files.

You could always just install nitro and the graphics drivers from the acer site, will be virtually the same!

I don’t know what problems you had (as you didn’t tell us?) and if an upgrade didn’t fix your problem then it must be a hardware problem or an incompatibility problem. Also and for a start, you don’t need the Acer glutted OS OEM as a clean install of either Win-10 or Win-11 is the best and most efficient OS install for your laptop to work at its most efficient and best way! I don’t know what problems you had to consider an upgrade to Win-11 as an upgrade is half a job and it’s as useless as splitting two OS’s in half as it will give you lots of future bugs. If you had valuable files on your OEM Acer Win-10 and you want to recover it then try to do the recovery above and what “Easwar” is suggesting but and as I’ve said a clean install and a complete format of your drive is the best and most efficient way to do an OS install and keeping your Windows OS updated and all drivers up to date.
