PH315-52-78VL Fan issue what happened?!

So I reinstalled windows on my Preddy and all the drivers were gone. So, I downloaded and reinstalled all. these issues occured; 
---Predator sense does not automatically adjust fan speed moreso, pressing the turbo button does not execute turbo mode unless, you manually adjust the fans first then press the turbo button, it will work.
---My download speed from the internet became slow
---if I press windows button then type letters, it will not appear. also happens on every search bar on my laptop. the quick access search on top right corner of the files explorer and also search bar at left side of the taskbar butm if I open On-screen keyboard, and click at least one letter then close it, I will now be able to type letters via search bars, windows search and everything. how is this happening?

@KCFBalondo3 try to update Windows and drivers in the Windows Update. Make sure that the Receive updates for other Microsoft Products is enabled
