Ssd or ram upgrade Acer e5-475 laptop

Hi guys i have an Acer e5-475 laptop
Intel -i3
1tb hdd
4gb ram
intel Graphics 620

When i open a game app it is slowly loading/opening and always frame drops what should i get first an ssd m2 or adding  more ram?

    Hi,
    I would suggest you buy a M.2 SATA SSD and install but can not guarantee that it will improve the gaming part because this model actually not a gaming laptop, it's a everyday laptop, so I wouldn't expect a great gaming experience.

    I agree with @brummyfan2. People are demanding too much from an entry level laptop for gaming.

    Change to a 2.5" SATA3 SSD and add another 4 GB RAM of the same spec should give you at least significant performance increase for day to day usages. I believe your laptop should have no M.2 slot for NVM SSD. It may have a M.2 slot for M.2 SATA SSD or mSATA.

    Anyway, it is worth it to do the 2.5" SATA3 SSD and RAM upgrade from that slow, traditional, spinning HDD. You will like it.
