Unable to install Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on Acer Aspire 3 laptop

I am trying to install Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, from an usb flash dive, on my laptop, but it just wont boot no matter what I do. I've also tried other distros, but I always get the same result. Details are specified below:

Hardware Specs

  • Device name: DESKTOP-VP618E5
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHz
  • Installed RAM: 12.0 GB (9.94 GB usable)
  • Device ID: 87C6255C-F6A7-414F-86E1-2F7521FBB628
  • Product ID: 00330-80000-00000-AA491
  • System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
  • Pen and touch: No pen or touch input is available for this display

I've tried using Etcher and Rufus with different settings and that didn't work. I've tried multiple different flash drives, all of which were 32gb. I've tried to boot Ubuntu 20.04, Lubuntu, Kubuntu, Fedora, Linux Mint and Manjaro all with the same result, frozen loading screen with Acer logo as seen in the picture below: Frozen Circle with Acer logo

    The F12 boot option must be enabled in the BIOS Main tab. You may also have to set and save a BIOS supervisor password. Then re-enter the BIOS with the password in order to disable secure boot.

    Insert the GPT-partition scheme FAT32 iso  Rufus stick into a USB port. Turn the machine on and immediately start tapping the F12 key to boot from the installation stick
