Hello, I was just asking, if what type of problem this is. Every time I boot up my laptop, after not using it for a long time, this always appears. Tried methods such as jscreen and pixel, it works but then again after longs hour of not using and booting up, it still persists. I just purchased it about two months ago.

  • Hi,
If you haven't tried reinstalling Display adapter driver, go to Device Manager, expand Display adaptors, right click Intel card and select Properties, go to Driver tab and uninstall, reboot and let Windows install the driver, do the same for Dedicated graphics card as well, if that doesn't help, try connecting an external display/TV and see whether the same happens, it could also be a lose connection of the cable, so while you see the panel try changing the position of the panel and check whether it disappears.

    Hi @hua,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
