I need to downgrade my BIOS version to the (first version) v1.06. But I couldn't find it on Acer's site. Can anyone help?

What problem are  you having that you think a downgrade will fix? Because the risk of bricking the laptop is much higher trying to downgrade than to upgrade. The risk is even greeater trying to use a version not available on the ACER download site.

I want to downgrade bios to use Throttlestop. Throttlestop is locked in new bios version.

If you get inaccessible boot device error, let the bootloop till you get window 'Windows can't start your pc'. The go to advanced startup>troubleshoot>uefi and firmware settings and restart. Reset bios settings by f9 and then exit by f10
Here's how to downgrade bios, just ensure you are downloading from acer's website

@stroggle ThrottleStop was never part of the old BIOS. You have issues other than the BIOS firmware. If v1.06 is not on the ACER download site, then it is no longer available except perhaps from an authorized ACER service center in your region.
