My Nitro AN517-51's CPU fan is broken. Any help?

After being screwed over by Best Buy's Geek Squad and its warranty support, I am at a loss.

My fans have been roaring loader than a turbine, and according to Nitrosense, my CPU fan is to blame. Either the fan is not rotating at all or it is locked at half what the GPU's can reach, screaming all the while. While trying to undertake any heavy load, like streaming or having multiple tabs open in Chrome, my temperatures have reached and stayed above 90 for some time.

I have taken apart my laptop before, installing a new stick of RAM and even an SSD, but I have never attempted to clean or repair the cooling system. I have tried researching solutions but all I could find were those for other models. This model looks to have the two fans combined - others have a clear separation. If there is any guide or advice for what I should do, what new parts to buy, I would greatly appreciate it.

@Judd check this video for fan disassembly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0Kr_nYbthc. Try clean the fan first and take the blade out. The fan is same for the model AN515-54 and look like this if you need for a replacement.
