Hi everyone,
after the purchase this laptop found a problem that jack connector doesn't work. After few days I understand that it because I haven't adapter from 4-pin(combo audio jack) to two 3-pin(for separate micro and headphone slots). And I just use a bluetooth headphones with no problem.

Recently I bought headphones with 4-pin jack and it also doesn't work. With adapter on personal computer it work. So I understand that problem in laptop's jack slot. In this forum I found 1 solution for this problem https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/543437/headphone-jack-not-working-new-acer-swift-3-laptop-sf314-52 . It tells that I need to: "The headphone jack port has a seal to prevent dust and debris from entering the back of the headphone jack. when you put your headphone connector into the jack, it feels like its well seated, but its only seating into the fancy dust seal. You have to push hard. It will push through the dust seal and seat firmly in place. Your system will recognize your headphones and everything is fine. I honestly only registered with acer to post this comment because I'm so happy that I can finally use my headphones with my laptop. Don't worry about pushing too hard. You can't break it unless you apply force perpendicularly and snap off the connector in the port, which is really hard to do unless you're trying."  I push it hard and it also don't work, so problem not in this.

In very low volume I hear good sound, but it really quietly audible, laptop see connected headphones but it very wheezing sound. I have reinstall Windows 2 times, and reinstall drivers from official Acer site. Maby you have solution for my problem, because I really want to use my headphones with laptop.

There are a couple of different standards for the jacks. Your uses the more common OMTP standard, not the older CTIA/Apple type. If you plug an Apple type in the ground and mic are reversed and you get funky noises. Check to verify you don't have an Apple type.

I try to find what type of jack on my headphones, but I don't found any information about this. Model of headphones: Razer Kraken X Mercury. I also tried to plug standard headphones for smartphone, but it have 3-pin connector and it work similar like 4-pin Razer

Yeah, if the headphones are CTIA you will need an adapter to convert to OMTP. The Mic and Ground are swapped, so audio is grounding through the mic channel.
