I brought a nitro 1650 which said that it comes with 144 hz but in the windows display settings it 60 hz.
And also in the nvidia control panel i only get 3D settings option not display.

@Supercoolfunn check the sticker on the bottom left of the screen. If it said Full HD 1080, that model only has 60HZ screen. Otherwise, update Intel DCH driver and restart. If those steps don't work, contact the place that you bought the laptop.
