Can't register product - Aspire A515-56

I have an Aspire A515-56.

I just recently received my Acer laptop for Christmas, and when I was setting up Windows 10, it asked me to register my device. The thing is, I put the wrong account email and now when I sign in with the account email on Acer, my product isn't even there. Is someone able to help me? Or is an employee able to unregister the device so I can manually register it on my proper account? Thanks.

    Go to this link. Click your country. Click support link at top of country page. Enter your machine's serial number id (SNID) that is on the UPC label that the machine was packaged in. Then use the chatline or other contact methods to resolve the problem.
