That looks prety bad and it looks like a LCD screen issue. What is the exact X34 model number you have as saying X34 means nothing? Anyway check these things first:
    • Reset in factory mode
    • Set to the optimal frequency, select the recommended frequency
    • Readjust the phase and pixel clock in the user mod
    • Pull out signal cable and check “Self Test Feature Check” is ok? > Check the signal cable and the PC
    • Replace the LCD LM340UW2-SSA1 GZ LGD GZ LGD screen > do this as a last resort and only if you don't want to take your monitor to an experienced TV and monitor tech to checkthings out in your monitor as it could be various board issues?

As and if that doesn’t fix things its a main board or the conversion board etc etc issue(s)

I'm trying to remove the back panel of the monitor. Anyone have any idea on how to remove the panel?
It is a X34 first version model in 2016.

IIRC after you take the stand off there is a single screw near the inputs. Once that is out it's a matter of carefully prying the halves apart. Start at the top and then go down one side...
