Those CPU temps at 90-95C are on the high range as your laptop will automatically turn off at 100 to 105C. You need to repaste and clean the vents, also and always keep a space between your laptop and the desk that you use it on e.g. its best to get a high quality tablet laptop cooler as that provides extra ventilation and reduces temps by 3 to 5C.
