Today I got my laptop(Acer Nitro 5 / NH.QBREX.00H) with no operating system and I downloaded windows 10 installer from Microsoft and installed i on my USB.
I booted into the USB, selected my language and keyboard setting and then I got into the select the driver to install window and got a message saying: "A media driver your computer needs is missing."
All three USB ports are 3.2 so I can't switch to any 2.0 ports (some answers reccomeded that)
Any help?

You must have done something wrong and didn’t format the drive pre installation, follow this guide “Install Windows 10” as and if you follow this guide you should not have this problem. Then and after installation go to “Device Manager” and see which drivers are missing, they should have an astrict mark against them if they are missing, then go to the Acer Drivers and Manuals and choose the appropriate drivers that Win-10 didn’t install for your AN515-45 QBREX.00H model but, it’s very unusual that the USB are not recognised unless there is something wrong with either the IO Board USB's or the motherboard USB’s on your laptop that needs to be inspected and fixed. If that is the case, take your laptop back to wherever you bought it from and tell them that the USB’s are not working and let them fix it for you. This laptop has on its left side 2x USB 3.2 Gen1 USB Ports and on the right side 1x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C Port and 1x USB 3.2 Port

    IO Board - 1x Audio (3.5mm), 2x USB 3.0 and 1x LAN port

    2x USB 3.0

AN515-45 Motherboard the 2x USB 3.2 Gen1 USB Ports are on the left part of the board.

    Hi @ ThePancakeAddict
    1. Make sure you meet the Windows 10 requirements.
    2. Use a third-party driver updater software.
    3. Try switching the USB hub midway.
    4. Try different USB stick and use USB 2.0 port exclusively.
    5. Set USB option to Auto and disable Legacy USB if available.

I did follow the guide you quoted and I still have the same problem.
My laptop recognizes the USB and boots into Windows Installer that is on it, but still pops the error after selecting language and keyboard settings.
