Can't find the right Predator sense to reinstall for my computer

So for a while now in predator sense the status for the GPU was broken. As it would be idle even when in task manager it would say it was almost 100% usage, the temperature would go from idle to whatever it should have been but only for one "check" or tick or whatever it's called, before it went right back to being idle. So i decided i would delete it and reinstall it. I successfully deleted it. Then used product support to find my computer: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7603?b=1&pn=NH.Q3FAA.001

But for some reason there is no predator sense version under applications when i know it came with predator sense when i bought the computer. Can someone please help me find the correct download for my computer.
