Predator Triton 300 Not Detecting M.2

So due to work circumstances, I had to switch over from desktop PCs to laptops, and after some research, settled on a Triton 300. The device has treated me well, and so far I have had no issues with it, but the initial storage capacity was not something I enjoyed, so I wanted to bring my SSD from my old desktop into my laptop. I did some research, found out they supported M key 2280 M.2s, so I brought my M+B key 2280 Western Digital Blue 1 TB SSD into the laptop. I had no issues with installation, however, the laptop does not recognize there is a second drive. I have attached images of the NVMe installed, and of the BIOS displaying no second storage device detected. The second NVMe is already formatted, and has Windows OS installed, if that changes anything. I have tried reseating the SSD, and even swapped the slows used by both the original and my new one(as seen in the images, the original took up the slot on the left) but I have had no luck. The original does read in the second port, so it doesn't seem like a port damage situation, but my SSD works fine in my desktop, and I'm not sure why it isn't being picked up on the laptop. Any help would be appreciated, and the sooner the better! Thanks in advance!

@ItsTheSpycrab in the first picture you have provided, it appears that you put your M.2 WD SATA SSD in an only NMVe SSD slot although M.2 SATA and M.2 NMVe look the same but have different interface. Switch that WD SSD to the right slot and check.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

Hey, sorry for the super late response, I was waiting for an email but I guess they don't send emails when you get a response on these forums. The original SSD was in the other slot when I got it, so my first attempt was to install it without moving anything, then I swapped it after it did not work. However, for the sake of redundancy, I went and swapped them back and it still does not appear. However, the original SSD is reading, so it doesn't seem to be an issue of a faulty slot.
