I have a logitech PRO headset and when I plug it in my laptop, everything is fine but my mic is not detected at all, and ofcourse I have a G hub and it can’t detect them at all, it all happens when it’s plugged in aux and when I plug it into usb with adapter everything is just fine.

3.5mm headset mic is not a separate item. It is combined with realtek mic array.

As long as you select "headset", you are using the headset mic. Lightly tap the headset mic and the signal meter should jump.

    Hi @ zSimeon
    1. Physically plug the microphone into the 3.5 mm microphone input of the computer (or the headphone jack).
    2. Select the microphone to be the audio input of the computer and/or software.
    3. Adjust the input level within the computer.
