Hey guys!

So I just bought the acer predator orion 3000. The one with the i7 CPU and 3060 Ti. So everything is fine except that when gaming my cpu temperature is at around 90 C. Which I have been told is too much. So I don't mind getting a cooler to fix this issue, but I am a complete noob. So, can someone recommend me what I can buy that would fit on this PC and do a good job at cooling? Also, do I need to get thermal paste and apply it while changing the cooler? I have no idea how to do that as well. Please help me, I really want to play on this computer! Thank you

See the Noctua NH-U9S series that is a 95mm x 95mm and 125mm high cooler as its one of their slimmest for tight spaces cooler around and it fits the Nitro N50-6xx range as their CPU dry cooling solutions are the best around but, measure your space around the CPU to the RAM slots as that is what will restrict the type of cooling solutions that you can have. Also see the 1x fan or the 2x fan range of water cooling solutions and get their measurements and see if any of these fit? As and with water cooling you might have to do some mods for them to fit but, water cooling is the best cooling solution to gaming.

Hey I Think the maximum height should be only 120mm for this PC? Also I am not in a position to get water cooling, i just want the cheapest/efficient method so I can game without worry on this PC I just bought today, thanks

Did you find a solution? The Cooler Master Hyper H412R might be a good option for you
