Hey,

My Fan RPM seems to high for the temps that I'm getting. How can I lower my RPM? As you can see my GPU RPM is 3100+ and i'm not even gaming. The only programs putting workload on my GPU are Desktop Window Manager and Client Server Runtime Process. Thanks in advance.

    Hi @ Scarsi

It could be one of two things, your PSU is having a hard time, or, your GPU is overheating. You could try and put the GPU on a different PC like on a friend's one. If it works fine, it's your PSU. If the problem still persists, I'd suggest you take the GPU apart, and check the thermal compound.

How do I lower my GPU rpm?

Click the "GPU" icon, and then click the "Cooling" slider control and slide it to a value between zero and 100 percent. The fan slows down or speeds up automatically, depending on your setting.
