Issues experienced for the past few months with the Acer Swift X

I was very excited to own the Swift x 14 with the Ryzen 5800U and Nvidia 3050TI , on paper it was the right mix of features for the price of $1000. I love the size of the thing, the fairly beefy specs and i even love the design of the thing I really do but there are more than a few things that have me winching and the thing is most of them have to do with drivers and BSODs .

1.)   The keyboard deck and keys should have been black or some other darker tone.

2.)   The inline upgrade to windows 11 feels rushed  and may have resulted in the bulk of the BSODS and driver issues experienced.   (had less than a day of the machine on windows 10 before they pushed the win 11 upgrade)

3.)   The frame feels bent, id put it down on a flat table and feel it top over from one of the rubber legs to the other, like a chair with one leg just a couple mm shorter than the other.

4.)   The touchpad is a dream to use especially with the gestures  but feel like certain button presses verge on breaking the thing if  pressed too hard.

5.)   I fear the flimsy charger is going to snap off in the PC one of these days and is only made less maddening by the option to use a USB-C charger.

6.)   The fan spins up at random intervals and often only gets calmed by switching the GPU profile , I use the laptop on the bed often and worry that the design of the air intake vent is being blocked.

7.)   This thing gets HOTTTT, often when left charging overnight on the bed or falling asleep on the desk with a game being left on. that being said, when not actively blocking the intake vent or playing a game this thing is cool to the touch.

8.)  The Keyboard is perfect for typing and typing alone, no really a complaint but if you plan on using this as a serious ultralight gaming rig get a keyboard or controller.

9.)  The lack of accessories like skins is to be expected but still disappointing

10.) The speakers need to be improved somehow, im not expecting dolby atomos but it would be nice if i didnt have to have it a 100 to compete with the fan in my room.

In spite of all this I love this thing, its the perfect size surprisingly powerful and in spite of what alot of people say online i find it to be a beautifully designed computer but im having a hard time enjoying it when almost Daily I contend with BSODS and the Bluetooth radio disappearing and requiring going into device manager to get it back. Honestly Its annoying and whats worse is I cant find anything online to walk me through what should be a simple fix for a driver issue.

Now sure I put some of the responsibility at the feet of windows 11 but it was not Windows who made the decision to have push 11 to the laptop and even market it as one one the first devices to ship with it.

Acer is onto something with the beautifully powerful swift and more overtly gamer focused Nitro series, they need to take stock of what theyre doing and not ruin these lines with poor decisions and greed.
