3050ti questionable performance AN515-57

im using an AN515-57 with i5-11400H, 3050ti, 8gb single channel, i was playing in practice room in lol and my gpu is using only 21% of its usage, 144 fps is fine but sometime it dropped to 120 - 130, in normal match it can drop to 100 fps and still, gpu usage is too low, nitrosense ac and battery are already set to high performance, games are played when charged, already set nvidia settings to performance, furmark benchmark is good, ram seems to be not a problem since its only 2gb ram being used, i wonder if is there any way to improve gpu usage and to maintain 144 fps without any dropping, i was really hoping about 3050ti great performance

i was wrong, almost all of rams are being used, maybe do i need to upgrade the ram or not?
