Keyboard RGB lighting not working PREDATOR TRITON 500.

Hello everyone,
I just noticed that my keyboards RGB lighting isn't working. I don't know how long this has been going on for. I tried rebooting my laptop and it didn't seem to do anything. The keyboard brightness is turned all the way up, but when I try to turn it down the keyboard flickers slightly in some areas, but the lighting just doesn't seem to turn on. My laptop is a PREDATOR TRITON 500. Thank you in advance.

1. Unplug the keyboard.
2. With the keyboard unplugged, hold down the ESC key.
3. While holding down the ESC key, plug the keyboard back into the computer.
4. Keep holding the ESC key until the keyboard begins to flash.
5. Unplug the keyboard again, then plug it back in

Thank you for trying to assist Erick, but this doesn't really work with a keyboard that can't be unplugged, it's a laptop keyboard after all. Do you know anything I can try to fix this issue for a laptop keyboard?
