I'm using a Acer Aspire 515-53G (2019) i7 8th gen notebook. Windows 10 OS currently running on it and frequently one of the USB ports not working of it. I tried 7 different USB devices with it. When I plug a USB device into that port, it shows "Cannot Recognized". Other one is working correctly. What Can I do for solve this?

Try blowing air and using a soft brush into the USB port to clean out lint and other debris that may be preventing the USB devices from making good contact with the connectors inside.

    (1) Are any of the 7 USB devices superspeed USB3 instead of USB2?
    (2) Which one of the 7 USB devices seems to work more often than the others?

I still have the problem. I also updated all windows updates, optional driver updates and checked updates for driver updates one by one from Device Manager. Plus I also noticed something when I plug a USB device to the port, I can also see "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed" with a error icon in Universal Serial Bus Controllers of Device Manager. I cannot see any damage of the port. Please help me...

Yes, I understand that from your PM. But please answer these questions anyway in the forum so all users can see and  benefit.

    (1) Are any of the 7 USB devices superspeed USB3 instead of USB2?

    (2) Which one of the 7 USB devices seems to work more often than the others in the bad USB3 port?
