Any way of improving screen contrast and colors on Aspire 7 A715-42G-R8PL

I just got this new Acer Aspire 7 and I am not quite happy with the screen. If I watch netflix or youtube people look very pale and yellowish.
I have checked that the bluelightdimmer is not on anywhere.
I have also tried calibrating, but when it comes to the step of contrast I have no way of adjusting it?
Also did not help on the colors. Is this just how the screen for Aspire 7 is like?
Considering returning it while I still can and find something better, it is really bugging me.

There are dozens of A7 models with different screen options. Which model did you get? For example, A715-41G-R658? Or A715-73G-75BW?

Once again we need to know WHICH Aspire 7 you have. Is a tag on the bottom that has both model (Aspire) and part number (Nxxxxxxxxx) in tiny print.

Go to this link and choose Win11 or Win10 whichever you have and download the latest AMD & nvidia VGA drivers. Also check that your ACER apps are up to date since there may be adjustment options available in them as well.

The latest AMD & nvidia VGA drivers for whichever Windows version you have installed. Do you know which version you have? If not, press WIN+R. Enter 'winver'. The resulting popup should give you the answer.

I do know what Windoes version I have. I asked because there multiple AMD and nvidia VGA drivers. Am I supposed to get all of them?
And once they are downloaded and installed, is that all? Or do I need to do more. I tried installing a few of them but nothing changed.
Thank you so much for answering all my questions.

Then could you please reveal which Windows version you have? Windows 10 or Windows 11?

Since your screen should normally be defaulting to the integrated AMD GPU, download & install both the AMD VGA driver & utility. Leave the discrete nvidia GPU alone for now.

    >>> I am not quite happy with the screen.>>>

OK. Then I think you should now immediately return the laptop to the vendor as not meeting your expectations for a refund or exchange on another model or brand. Do this before the vendor's return merchandise authorization (RMA) period expires. Usually only a few weeks. ACER warranty service will take longer. But from your description and the subjective nature of the issue, I doubt any display or GPU defects would be found even with the blue light dimmer completely disabled
