Hi,

I recently bought a second hand A517-51G-75UE.
It came with a 128G M2, 1T HDD and 4G RAM. Which doesn't meet the standard description. The guy said depending on countries configurations may change. Is that possible?

The guy said he replaced the keyboard by a new one. But after few days the keyboard doesn't work anymore.
Reasons possible he mentionned are: a crumble that could kill the whole keyboard, tapping too hard could kill the whole keyboard, a malware.

According to the design I hardly believe a crumble could slip under the keyboard. But let's say it could happen, would the whole keyboard stop functionning?

I believe I tap normally. What would be the minimum strenght of a finger to be applied to kill the keyboard?

I didn't install any new software. Do you know about any malware that will aim for the keyboard only? Everything else is working even the trackpad.

Thanks for your help.

  • Salut! Le clavier fonctionne-t-il dans le bios ? Concernant le problème de configuration, ce modèle devrait être livré avec 6 Go de RAM.
